Synesgy Certificate

We are pleased to announce that AUTO GS S.A. has been awarded an ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) Certificate by ICAP CRIF S.A., achieving a “B – Medium-High” rating and a score of 92/100. The assessment was conducted through the Synesgy platform on February 24, 2025, and the certificate is valid until February 24, 2026.

This important recognition reaffirms our ongoing commitment to environmental sustainability, social responsibility and sound corporate governance. Our score reflects our continuous efforts to adopt and implement innovative solutions that contribute to environmental protection, social well-being and greater transparency across our business operations and governance practices.

Synesgy is a global digital platform for assessing sustainability within supply chains, enabling companies to collect and manage sustainability-related information through an ESG self-assessment process. In addition, it provides a comprehensive Action Plan outlining the improvements required to further enhance an organization’s ESG performance.

The Synesgy methodology is aligned with internationally recognized sustainability standards and frameworks, including the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It has been developed by CRIF Ratings, a credit rating agency operating under the supervision of ESMA.
