Product Shipping
Products are shipped to the address specified by the customer during order submission.
The Company cooperates with courier services for non-bulky items and with private transport companies for bulky shipments, ensuring safe and fast delivery.
Shipping Charges:
- Shipping cost for parcels up to 4 kg: €6
- Cash on Delivery (COD) service: €4 extra per shipment
Bulky products are shipped via transport companies. Shipping costs for bulky items, as well as for remote or hard-to-reach areas, are calculated according to the transport company’s price list. In such cases, prior communication with the customer will take place.
Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are payable upon delivery of the products.
Alternatively, the customer may arrange shipping with a transport company of their choice, provided the order has been fully paid (in COD cases, the Company does not cooperate with all transport companies). Depending on the number of parcels, shipping costs may also be included in the final order total, following communication with the Company.
Delivery Time
Orders for products that are in stock are dispatched on the same day or the next business day after the order is placed.
Delivery times may be extended due to strikes, extreme weather conditions, high production workload, promotional periods, discount seasons, holidays, or during the summer due to staff leave.
The Company makes every effort to deliver products within the stated timeframe; however, in case of delay for any reason, the Company shall not be held liable.
Free In-Store Pickup
Customers may choose free pickup from the physical store of AUTO GS located at:
