Product Warranties

If a product defect is covered by warranty, shipping the product for repair to the Company’s headquarters and/or the respective distributor (see return details per product), as well as return shipping, shall be at the customer’s expense.
Completion of the RMA form available on the Website is required for any return to be accepted.

Products shipped are insured against loss or damage during transport. This insurance coverage ceases upon delivery to the customer.
Returns / Right of Withdrawal
To avoid inconvenience, customers are advised to check the condition of the product and packaging upon delivery for visible defects (e.g., wrong item, broken product, missing parts).
Returns are accepted in the following cases:
1) Incorrect Shipment
If an incorrect product is shipped due to the Company or its suppliers, the customer may return the product within fourteen (14) days from receipt. The product must be unused, in perfect condition, with intact packaging and original contents.
Return shipping costs shall be borne by the Company, and the return must be made using the courier service indicated by the Company.
Refunds (excluding shipping costs) will be issued within ten (10) days of receipt of the returned product, to a bank account designated by the customer.
If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be processed to the same card.
2) Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw without justification within fourteen (14) days from receipt, in accordance with Consumer Protection Law.
The product must be unused, in perfect condition, with sealed packaging and original contents. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
The customer is responsible for any loss or deterioration of products until they are returned to the Company.
If a deposit has been made for products that are not available, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
Minors
Use of the Website is prohibited for individuals under 18 years of age or those lacking legal capacity.
